Hi there! My name is Felipe Delestro, and I’m a software developer at the Center for Quantification of Imaging Data (QIM) of the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). I’m passionate about using technology to make sense of complex data, especially when it comes to 3D+time imaging.

I completed my Ph.D. in this field at the École Normale Supérieure (ENS, Paris – France), and prior to that, I earned my Master’s degree from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP, Assis – Brazil) in the field of Biosciences. Along the way, I’ve gained experience in Digital Image Processing and Data Science, which have helped me tremendously in my work at QIM.

Before joining QIM, I worked at ImVitro, a Paris-based healthcare startup that focused on developing deep-learning models for image analysis of developing embryos. It was an amazing experience that taught me a lot about applying cutting-edge technology to real-world problems.
